University of the Incarnate Word

University of the Incarnate Word is one of the sixty-three private, not-for-profit 4-year colleges in Texas. The campus is located in an urban area, in San Antonio.

According to the NCES 2017 report, a total of 8,603 students attend the school. In the 2017 fall enrollment, 808 freshman students enrolled, and approximately 614 students returned for their sophomore year (which makes its freshman retention rate 76%). Every year 53% of the graduating class students graduate in 150% of the time it takes to complete their studies.

UIW’s in-state tuition for the 2017-2018 academic year was $27,900, and fees were $2,090. Out-of-state tuition and fees for the same period were $27,900 and $2,090 respectively.
