University of Connecticut

University of Connecticut is one of the ten public 4-year colleges in Connecticut. The campus is located in a suburb, in Storrs.

According to the NCES 2017 report, a total of 27,578 students attend the school. In the 2017 fall enrollment, 3,683 freshman students enrolled, and approximately 3,462 students returned for their sophomore year (which makes its freshman retention rate 94%). Every year 83% of the graduating class students graduate in 150% of the time it takes to complete their studies.

University of Connecticut’s in-state tuition for the 2017-2018 academic year was $11,998, and fees were $2,882. Out-of-state tuition and fees for the same period were $34,066 and $2,882 respectively.
