The University of West Florida

The University of West Florida is one of the forty public 4-year colleges in Florida. The campus is located in an urban area, in Pensacola.

According to the NCES 2017 report, a total of 13,040 students attend the school. In the 2017 fall enrollment, 1,104 freshman students enrolled, and approximately 850 students returned for their sophomore year (which makes its freshman retention rate 77%). Every year 44% of the graduating class students graduate in 150% of the time it takes to complete their studies.

The University of West Florida’s in-state tuition for the 2017-2018 academic year was $4,319, and fees were $2,041. Out-of-state tuition and fees for the same period were $16,587 and $2,654 respectively.
