Northern Tier Career Center is one of the thirty-one public career colleges in Pennsylvania. The campus is located in a rural area, in Towanda.

In the 2017 fall enrollment, 27 freshman students enrolled, and approximately 9 students returned for their sophomore year (which makes its freshman retention rate 33%). Every year 67% of the graduating class students graduate in 150% of the time it takes to complete their studies.
